In July I, along with a group of fellow cyclists, will be riding from London to Paris on two wheels in aid of the charity Help for Heroes. I'd really like your support and ask you to donate to the cause. Please try to be generous, it can be easy to donate only a little but your money will directly help those great men and women who serve our country in the most dangerous places and suffer as a result. Not only that, it will spur us all on in the tougher moments of the adventure.

If I manage to meet the target set, I will also painfully WAX MY (very hairy) LEGS and film it for all of facebook to see.
