I will be running the 10k in this year's Great Scottish Run on Sunday 5th September.  I've been training every week for the last 2 months with the Epilepsy Scotland Running Team and a coach who will hopefully have us all fighting fit before the big day!

Epilepsy Scotland work to improve epilepsy services across Scotland and raise awareness of the condition. Please sponsor me to help the charity provide better services for those affected and stop the discrimination and stigma that is often associated with epilepsy.
