Well, I'm getting a bit fed up standing on the sideline watching my dad run the London Marathon, British 10k, Windsor Half Marathon etc. There are only so many times I can keep on shouting "c'mon dad" or "run faster or "bet you wish you hadn't eaten all the pies now!".

So this year, I'm going to run the Windsor 2.5 mile Fun Run and he can cheer me on!!
