Myself and 2 workmates from Celtic Englobe are planning to complete the 10YFAN challenge over a period of 24 hrs starting at 6 pm on Saturday 12th May 2018.

10YFAN is as simple and devilish as it sounds.  With Pen Y Fan being the highest mountain in South Wales it remains a challenge and an achievement just to reach the top. 10YFan has upped this challenge to well …..10!

Pen Y Fan is 2,907 ft and Everest is 29,029 feet, so you could say that if you completed 10YFan, it is the equivalent of climbing Everest …..  tenuous maybe, but it just shows the enormity of achieving the full ten climbs.

This is most certainly a challenge for the 3 of us but does not compare to the challenges faced by children battling cancer on a daily basis across the country. By showing us your support with any size donation  you will be helping a fantastic charity whose work is essential.

During the event we will update you all on our progress (including throughout the night) with live Facebook updates, various songs (requests can be made) and maybe even some impressions in an attempt to encourage more donations and keep our spirits high.
