On the 26th July between 6am - 8pm. CrossFit Wycombe are attempting to lift 1,000 000KG from Ground To Overhead. Members, family, friends and anyone passing are more than welcome to come and help us reach this target.

This date has been nominated for as many Crossfit boxes world wide to attempt this. It will raise some much needed money for extremely worthwhile causes and also bringing together people to test themselves to see what they can do!

We have decided to raise money for Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals Charity and holds charitable monies for the Trusts various departments including:

• A&E
  
• General Medicine
• Children's Ward
• Maternity
• Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU)
• Cancer; surgery
• Intensive Care
• Breast Cancer Care
