Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, at the start of the year I committed to raise £10k for SportsConnectionFoundation which is run by my good friend Junior McDougald. 

I’d planned to do this with 2 Golf days and my first Chillout Footgolf event. These were both being backed by two of my businesses Xtreme Events and Modern World Business Solutions. The First golf day has been cancelled due to Covid-19 and the 2nd is very much hanging in the balance. I want to be a man of my word and do some good for this amazing charity. I’ve been lucky enough to attend events now over the last few years and to see the difference it makes to children’s lives inspires me. Also being a loving father of 3 I'm blessed and feel that all children should have access to sports and great opportunities in life.

So I’m asking for your help!! Anyone who knows me will know how difficult this is going to be for me with the 9 operations over a 10 year period I’m more like the Tin man than Chris Boardman. With 2.6 in full swing I’m aiming to do my bit by doing 26x50km yes 26, cycles over the next 26 working days. (I’ve already completed 5 as I write this today) I will be leaving at 630am every weekday over the next month. I will finish on the last Friday in May 29th. 

Please dig deep and anything you can spare at this tough time will really make a difference to so many children in the UK. This locally run charity is close to my heart but this will help so many vulnerable children all over the UK.. thanks for reading this, if you can follow and share and if you can click the link below I will be eternally grateful.
