Story
Hello! Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
We all completed the Challenge on 20th June, after a tough but exhilarating 24 hours. The twenty-somethings were really quick finishing with a lot of time to spare, whiile the fifty-somethings took the more mature approach, savouring the wonderful views that the sparkling weather allowed us (please see the attached photos), and finished just over the 24 hour limit. The average time for the team of eight was better than 24 hours! The driving teams were all brilliant throughout.
This is in the way of a final appeal, now our efforts are done, to raise money for a great charity, Ordinary 2 Extraordinary (O2E). O2E provides fantastic support to a number of childrens charities. Everything is done on a voluntary, self-funded basis, so everything raised goes straight through to the charity. Please see www.o2e.org for full details.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - i.e. raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
