Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page!

We did it! We completed the grueling 25 mile hike in tweleve hours and 30 minutes. Photos posted soon!

What did we do?

On Saturday the 22nd we conquered 3 of Yorkshire’s highest peaks walking to heights of 1,670 meters across. It's a competitive walk, and we walked it together. For more information on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Walk – please visit the following website: www.3-Peaks.co.uk

Why did we do it?

We are gluttons for punishment. No, actually, we're raising money for the Regional Aids Initiative of Southern Africa (RAISA). The charity was set up by VSO in an attempt to provide effective prevention, treatment, care and advocacy for people affected by HIV and AIDS.

Thank you so much for your support!

Vicki, Richard, Cliona, Mark and Lee!

About the charity

VSO is an international development organisation that brings people together to share skills, build capabilities, and change lives to make the world a fairer place for all. Everyday, VSO volunteers are working to empower people living in some of the world’s most marginalised communities.
