We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

This run is certainly a challenge - we either haven't run this far for several years, run this far ever, or ever really run! - but it'll be worth it if you can help us to raise money for this brilliant charity.

The Stroke Association relies on voluntary donations to provide invaluable information and support to families; grants to help improve the quality of stroke survivors lives; and pioneering research on stroke treatment and prevention.

This is a cause particularly close to our hearts since, as many of you will know, our Dad/Uncle/friend Stuart suffered a very serious stroke earlier this year aged just 55.  He's now beginning the long road to recovery but he's just one of 150,00 people each year who suffer the devastating impact of a stoke: stokes are now the single largest cause of adult disablity in England and can affect all ages.

We really do appreciate every donation.  Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, JustGiving will send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

So please dig deep and thanks again,

Grace, Charlotte, Anneliese, Libby and Rory
