The Hearts and Heroes challenge is a 29 mile race along the Southern Upland way in the borders of Scotland.  We will be reacing against the rugby clubs of Scotland, teams form all three services and most importantly of all against the other Battalions in the Royal Regiment of Scotalnd and against the other coys in 5 SCOTS
