On 24th November I am running a multi discipline adventure event called the HOG DASH! It will be very muddy and wet so no doubt lots of interesting photos will follow!

The course is a 7 mile running course through various diverse and exciting event areas. The events will include all manner of tasks and challenges so it is a very tough event but should be lots of fun! Obstacles will include mud pits, tunnel crawls, muddy slopes and wall climbs! :)
