The mission of the Felix Project is simple - to take surplus food from their suppliers and deliver it to any charity that helps feed people. It's all nutritious and would otherwise go to waste. Not only that, but it helps fight food poverty and reduces costs for hardworking organisations.

At the end of May Jørgen and I will take part in the annual Seven Peaks challenge in Bergen, Norway. This race is a tough 30km route climbing the seven mountains that surround the town. Starting at sea level we will climb a total of 2200m along the course. We are aiming to be placed in the top few with a time of less than 8hours.
