I am running the British 10K this year with my sister Alison, and brother-in-law Keith, in memory of their sister-in-law, Helen Goodwin who, after suffering with multiple sclerosis for many years, sadly passed away in February this year.  The care that Mary Stevens Hospice (based in Stourbridge) gave her was fantastic and the family are all so grateful to everyone there.  Around 80% of their running costs are raised from public donations so I and they will really appreciate any support you are able to offer.
