I am running the Woodbridge 10k to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society and St Botolph's Church in Burgh near Woodbridge. This is my first charity run and with your help I hope to make it a great success.

The Alzheimer's Society funds vital medical research into this hugely distressing and debilitating disease. I have watched first hand as two close family members were ravaged by it.

St Botolph's Burgh is a mediaeval gem of a church, and needs to establish a major restoration fund urgently. It has a loyal but tiny congregation and without contributions from fundraising events the fabric of this beautiful building will deteriorate rapidly.

Please give as generously as you can; it will help me enormously to run at a cracking pace knowing I am going to be able to contribute substantially to these organisations!
