Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
So, after some training, but probably not enough, 12 of us will try to mount our bikes and pedal our way from York Minster back to Minster Court over the 12th, 13th and 14th of July. It is about 250 miles, in to the prevailing winds and contrary to popular belief not all downhill.
Some of us are keen cyclists. Some are generally fit. But all of us will find this very, very difficult.
So, please spare whatever pennies you might have to help us raise money for those, and their families, who have to cope with the effect of Alzheimer's.
All the best and thanks for reading,
Steve Abbott, Luke Sanders, Simon Lovell, Rob Deacon, Grant Bradley, Phil George, Neil Cryer, Julian Coglan, Andrew Pickles, Chris Thornton-Hogg, and Tom Gray. And Leanne Tourish who said she'd do a few miles but ending up doing 200! Great effort.
