We provide mental health training to help people look after their wellbeing

Story

A team from Agathos and Cargostore are running 10k around London carrying two containers on stretchers. Sounds like fun come and support us on the day! If you can't make it please consider giving a small amount to support the fight and stigma of mental health issues. We would be most grateful if you could forward this on to others, to help support the amazing work of the CWMT in schools around the UK.

If you would like to find out more about that work theTrust please visit https://www.cwmt.org.uk. If you know someone who
suffers from depression please forward this on to them.

What charity are you going to donate £2 to this year. Why not make it CWMT?The Charlie Waller Memorial Trust (CWMT) was set up in 1997 in memory of Charlie Waller, a young man who took his own life whilst suffering from depression. CWMT raises awareness of depression and fights stigma, provides training to schools, universities, GPs, nurses and employers, and encourages those who may be depressed to seek help. Visit www.cwmt.org.uk for further information.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
