I am doing 'Dry January' and giving up alcohol for a month to raise money for Alcohol Concern, a charity which supports individuals and families affected by alcohol related illnesses. Every day, 20 people die as a result of alcohol addiction and currently 220'000 children in England live with an alcohol dependent parent. This is a cause very close to my heart after losing both of my parents and an uncle under alcohol related circumstances. The money raised will support those in need of help and potentially save other families from the devastating affects of alcohol addiction.
