Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and supporting me in raising money for Crohn's and Colitis UK.

On January 25th 2016, a work colleague, Charlotte Foster, passed away at the young age of 23 years old.  The Crohn's and Colitis Uk charity was close to her heart and that of her family.  So to show support, I have chosen to take part in the London 100 bike race, a legacy of the 2012 London Olympic games.  The race takes place on Sunday 31st July, and I aim to complete  it in around 5 hours.
