For those of you who don't know, I sadly lost my uncle, Derek Stogdon, on the 27th June 2009.  

Having won a brave battle with myelodysplasia for 18 months, he sadly succumbed to an infection following a long treatment for the disease.

In honour of my uncle, and to raise money for the Leukemia foundation, I am running an 8 mile multi terrain race on the 21st November at Bure Pits, Colchester.

Donations of any size are welcome.
