Training Update!

Week 4 completed and the miles are slowly increasing every week. So lucky to be able to run in the beautiful Essex countryside and to have fantastic running friends who are happy to come out at the crack of dawn on a Saturday for a long run!

As you may know, I’m running for Independent Age, which is a  fabulous charity which  has been around for 150 years offering support and advice for older people on money, health and benefits; to enable them to stay in their homes for as long as  possible.

I would be so grateful if you were able to donate to this truly fabulous charity.
