Fundraising for Help for Heroes
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I believe that fighting for an ideal or defending it is one of the most noble acts that a man can do.. I'm proud to be supporting those that sacrifice themselves and actually do that.
As you already know, I was due to run the Reading Half Marathon on Sunday 20 March 2011 in support of Help for Heroes. Unfortunately, I had some serious health problems before the event, so I had to stop the fundraise and postpone the run. The recovery went well and after a few months I started running again. Now I'm back in shape and ready to do a Half Marathon.
I will run the Waltham Forest HM on the 1st of April (...and I can assure you that is not an April fools joke)
