Story

On my 40th birthday on September the 5th I will be running the Paras 10 in Catterick for the Royal Anglian Regiment Benevolent Fund and all the money I raise will help the people who are suffering with PTSD and awareness
and it 2019 June/July I was diagnosed with having PTSD when I was out in Cyprus with the Battalion from my tours off iraq in 2006 and 2008 and Afghanistan in 2014 and then this years I was diagnosed with having depression and anxiety because I kept it inside me for a very long time.
