Hello friends and family! I'm fulfilling a lifetime dream (really!) and running the Great North Run. Hopefully Brendan Foster (the man who's been commentating on it for the BBC since I can remember) will be crying the immortal words, "And it's Schweitzer-Thompson storming to a surprise finish!" at the end of the race, however... what would make me REALLY happy would be if you could sponsor me for whatever you reckon 13.1 miles - and a year of training for it - is worth.
