I am running the Flora London Marathon on 23rd April 2006 in support of Mind The Mental Health Charity - many of you will already be aware that this charity means a lot to me, and that this is a massive challenge for me, so please dig deep!

I have already raised the target set by Mind (£1,600) so I am now upping my target to £2,500.... it would be just amazing if I could raise this.   Training is going well and I am really looking forward to the marathon now.
