My family picked this charity to raise money in memory of my lovely Nan.

She suffered with Lymphoedema (elephantiasis) in her legs for as long as i can remember, but she never let it stop her doing things or getting out and about. She was such a strong, independent lady-an inspiration to us all.

There are so many worthwhile charities out there but this one is a smaller charity which is not so well known, so any money donated no matter how small would be hugely appreciated.
