Last year I had to overcome my fear of open water swimming
because my mum was doing the Great North Swim and I didn't want her to do it by herself.  We swam the half mile.  This year on the 8th June we are doing it again- my mum's challenge is to do it by herself and mine is to swim the mile.  But other people like Debbie are facing  much bigger challenges and I know we all want to show our support. 
So let's raise money to support Debbie and everyone else we know who is or has been affected by cancer and let's do everything we can to help beat it.  

Debbie is having her treatment at Macclesfield Hospital Macmillan Centre and she says they have been amazing.  So any money you raise will go to this specific oncology department via the oncologist trust fund, supporting people in our area who are fighting cancer.  THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
