Heritage Care is committed to improving the lives of some of the most vulnerable in our society including those with a learning disability, people living with mental ill health and older adults including those living with dementia. It does so by delivering person-centred, innovative care and support solutions tailored to each individuals requirements. This enables people to live more valued, meaningful and fulfilled lives in their communities. Millbank care home is one of the homes ran by heritage care and is based in Newark Nottinghamshire. Millbank do extraordinary work to provide a safe and stimulating environment for older people in our community, including those living with dementia. I will be running the Tough Mudder not only to raise money for activities but to raise awareness of the fantastic job that everyone at Millbank and heritage care does.
