I have set this page up for people who wish to leave a donation in memory of Alfie, who tragically passed away on April 26th 2023. I have chosen to support Sparkle as they are the charity connected to Caerphilly and Serennu Children's centre where Alfie had a lot of appointments during the challenges he faced with his health over the past few years.
