Pat, Kirsty and I are all running the 5K Muddy Colour Mayhem obstacle course for PKAVS. 

As well as it being a lot of fun for us and giving us something to work towards, it’s also a great cause to raise money for! 

PKAVS is a local charity which works with carers young and old, to adults recovering from mental ill-health, minority communities, volunteers, and voluntary groups. They work throughout Perth and Kinross to improve wellbeing, connect communities, and help people to realise their potential. 

We aim to raise as much as we can!
