Welcare is a family-focused charity dedicated to helping children and families overcome challenges and build towards a better future.

Welcare work with  children and families across South London and East Surrey helping parents and carers use they strength and skills to nature happy and confident children.  They provide practical help and support to families, empowering them to rebuild their lives and access opportunities to ensure their children have a happy, confident childhood and future.

St Maragret's Church has supported Welcare for many years - and a few of us have talked doing a sponsored run for some time to raise much needed funds and awareness of the work this charity is doing, especially in our local community around Redhill.  Some of us have not run in years (or have never run before!) so this is a huge challenge for us and we hope you are able to motivate us by donating to this wonderful charity!
