Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In October 2013 I graduated from C25K, and used that new skill to raise some money for charity through a race I entered over that distance.

Having successfully completed that, I needed a new challenge to aim at that would be - well, a challenge :). 

So this time, although I'll be running another 5k, it will be after a 400m open water swim and 22km bike ride.
