So, I shall be running 10K (in old distance that's about 6-ish miles) and I can't think of a better cause than raising money for moving house. However that doesn't seem to inspire too many people to get involved so instead I'll be running for Christies Hopsital in Manchester. A cancer hospital run almost solely by donations and one that I hope none of us ever need to rely on.

Training is going well, tonight I managed 9K and a trip to buy pizza and a drop of wine from the shops, if I can manage that on the day I'll be chuffed to bits.

Thanks for donating - even if its only £2...although really, £2? Surely you can stretch to £3.
