I'm taking part in a Charity bike ride organised by Formula One Management Ltd (FOM) in memory of Andy Pimlott, a much liked and loved member of the FOM team, who sadly passed away in late 2014.

In his memory, the ride will be raising funds to help the British Heart Foundation and in addition to BHF, I will be hoping to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support and the Stroke Association, two charities whose amazing work provide practical support for sufferers and relatives alike of two diseases that have affected my parents and close family.
