I have decided to run the Birmingham Half Marathon this year to raise money for Cancer Research UK.  I think it is a great charity working for a great cause, and all money raised will be much appreciated by the many millions of people who ultimately will benefit.

To add an extra dimension to this challenge, I shall be dressing as Batman, and aiming for a time of 1hr 45.  My Butler Alfred has kindly been helping me develop my kit - I am just awaiting the delivery of my mask to help me protect my identity from the other competitors.

I managed a time of 1:35:54, completing the course with my identity intact.
