Greetings from the Falklands!

On 24th June the Annual midwinter swim takes place on Surf Beach, Stanley.  Ramboll Falklands staff (and our mascot The Duck) will be braving the frigid waters in Aid of SAMA 82, the charity helps veterans of the 1982 Conflict. We feel it would be great to give something back to the community whilst we are down here, particularly the individuals whose lives have been permanently affected as a result of the combat operations.

We will be entering the South Atlantic in the middle of winter, so the water temperature will be quite low - with wind chill possibly down to -20. We will of course be dressing as for the Caribbean as we have no concept of latitude! If you would like to sponsor us please give generously.
