My sister lost her first baby during labour due to an undiagnosed cord complication called Vasa Praevia. 17 years on the RCOG are still not recommending that VP is looked for during the 20-week anomaly scan even though a diagnosis can lead to management plans which could ensure that babies survive. 500+ babies affected by VP annually. I am joining the fight to raise awareness and help #savelittlelives, please help by donating and spreading the word so others do not have to endure the same preventable tragedy.
