Paul Skidmore, a friend and colleague to many of us, sadly passed away last July.  The February Action Heart 5 mile heartrun was one of Paul favourite runs and as a tribute to his memory, we thought it would be good to shake off the winter pounds and raise some money for Action Heart at the same time.
