This year I am attempting to run/walk/crawl the London Marathon. I have chosen to support the British Heart Foundation and have pledged to raise £2000 for the charity. As a rewared, they have provide me with a place in the London Marathon.

I am sure that everyone knows of a colleague, friend or relative who has suffered from some heart related disease. The British Heart Foundation provides a huge amount of support  for those who have been impacted from the disease whether directly or indirectly. They also provide preventative advise and cover subjects such as blood pressure, lowering cholesterol  and obesity.
