On the 3rd October 21, I will be running the Virgin London Marathon. I know what some of you are thinking, can I even run that far!? My goal is to complete the race in under 4hours 30mins.

My aim is to raise awareness for the Mercian Benevolent Fund, a charity that helps past and present members of the Mercian family.
