There are a few things in life we would have not imagined trying to do in competition (Swimming, Cycling & Running being 3 of them at the same time). Vicki & Mark are receiving sponsorship for Help 4 Hero's, Whilst Tim, Andy and myself are looking for donations towards Motor Neurone Disease Association.

We have all been in moderate training for the event (except Andy who's already super fit), so it will be a challenge to say the least to complete (St Johns Ambalance maybe needed).

Support on the day is welcome, bringing tow ropes optional.
