Hello and welcome to our fundraising site! In a bid to raise money for Mind, 14 staff members at Aspen House have put themselves forward for the Tough Mudder 5k Obstacle Course! Made up of 13 Mud & Water obstacles which focus on team-work.

Mental health is a topic close to our hearts. Mental Health is something that needs more resource and more awareness. Mind represents help as well as educating on issues that many of us are personally connected to or affected by.
