I have been working for a charity for 6 years now... and this is only the 2nd time I've really asked for money... so cough up!!

I don't do this often and I'm aiming to raise £300 - every little bit helps.

The Family Fund is one of the biggest grant giving charities in the UK and last year they provided 69,464 families with a grant directly. That's not including services, support, information.... that's 69,464 families caring for disabled children who received a washing machine, or a new bed, or a computer or a short break or..... thousands of other items.

This is a great charity who operate on a shoe string admin costs - which is probably why you haven't heard of them as they don't spend millions of pounds on marketing - and give loads to families every year.

If you know a family on a low income caring for a disabled or seriously ill child give me a shout and we can try and get them some help too.
