As many of you are aware, the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to involve in our community, and across our nation, at a rapid pace. This pandemic has forced us to suspend programs until AT LEAST April 6, 2020. While the health and safety of everyone involved in First Tee of the Triangle is our primary concern, I cannot help but to feel for our 40+ teachers and coaches who depend on their role with our team to help support their families. At a time when our program should be moving full speed ahead, we are unable to help our kids, and ultimately, this segment of our staff.

We spent just over $25,000 during 2019 Q2 in funding these positions. My goal is to raise funds to allow us to continue to support these  teachers both during this program suspension and once we resume programs again later this spring. I am asking our key stakeholders to join me in helping to provide for those people who are at the core of what we do.
