We support the Stem Cell Unit in St James's to to help leukaemia patients.

Story

Paul Kelly was diagnosed with Leukemia in March 2018. As part of Pauls treatment he required a Bone Marrow Transplant. Pauls sister Michelle was a matched donor & thankfully Paul received his transplant on 2nd July 2018. Paul continues to receive ongoing treatment for his illness through the dedicated care and attention of the staff in Denis Burkitt ward, St. James Hospital, Dublin.

PAUL’S WORK COLLEAGUE & FRIEND JACKIE REGAN IS RAISING FUNDS TO SUPPORT BONE MARROW FOR LEUKAEMIA TRUST IRELAND (BMLT)

Jackie will run in the SSE Airtricity Dublin City Marathon on 28th October 2018. Please donate what you can or alternatively you can donate & sign a sponsorship card at Buggys Shop Ardclogh.

All donations will go directly to Bone Marrow for Leukemia Trust Ireland. The money donated means that the Trust can continue to provide vital services to patients like Paul & their families . Thank you for your support for the BMLT.  

About the charity

Bone Marrow for Leukaemia Trust supports patients and their families who have leukaemia, lymphoma or myeloma. We also support all aspects of the Stem Cell Transplant Program in St. James's Hospital, including research into leukaemia and related diseases.
