My Manchester - London journey

For those in the know, myself with my own challenges thanks to my Multiple Sclerosis, this will be far from easy for me even before I get on the bike!
A headache that left me unable to walk with then the diagnosis of MS is a lot to take in. My refined, simple diet/drug controlled lifestyle enables me to still enjoy life to its fullest!
When asked what is MS like for me. Think of a hangover, that never really goes away. At best you think your over it and then for no reason it comes back. Sometimes to last just a minute other times longer. Sometimes mild sometimes worse. All day everyday....
To cycle 354km _ 220 miles (it takes a high speed train over 3 hours!) through the heart of England in one go is one of the most demanding yet rewarding events of the year, raising money for Ambitious about Autism along the way...
