On the 11th December EnlightenNext is organising a global Meditation Marathon where myself and many others from all over the world will meditate 12 or 24 hours. In the spirit of 'no limitation' I have decided to go for the 24 hours.

You probably think it's a strange thing to do, but like a marathon where you go beyond your limits running 42 km, it's a similar personal challenge to meditate for such a long time. It needs the same spirit and commitment to do it.

I know that most of you will sponsor me, because you know me. That's great.

Giving is most fulfilling if you connect to something that you are inspired about. I want to raise money for the work of EnlightenNext to make the world a better place, something I am very passionate about .
