Headland is working together with The Brokerage, a charity which builds links between London's financial districts and the communities surrounding them. 

The Brokerage helps non-advantaged young Londoners access experiences of work, employability skills and job through our partnerships with employers. They work with young people to raise aspirations, create access and provide opportunities within financial and professional services to achieve diversity in the workplace.
