Hello!

I would be so grateful if you could donate to this amazing charity on behalf of my birthday. They are doing great things bit by bit for the 40 million estimated slaves around the world. This is just some of the things they achieved with the help of donations in 2018:

- Taught 77,000+ people to understand how to assert themselves and claim their rights

- Stopped 54 Quaranic schools forcing their students to beg on the streets

- Provided over 300 people of slave descent with literacy education

- Trained 45 young women who are survivors of exploitation in Nepal as paralegals - building up their skills and confidence and helping the police to improve responses to other trafficking cases.

- Provided 180 women in Mauritania with training, equipment and funds to run local co-operatives, which they developed into food shops and a clothing store. 

- Rescued and liberated a group of  trafficked labourers including 47 men, women and children, including an 11-day-old baby, from a brick factory in Nepal and brought them back home to India.

- Provided great education for children who have escaped traditional slavery, through their schools based in Niger with 703 new students attending in 2018 and pass rates over 80%

Now if this isn't worth a birthday celebration I don't know what is!
