For some unknown reason I've decided to attempt the Manchester 10k this year, seeing as I'm so unfit I don't think I could even run past the end of my road at the moment, this is a fairly big challenge for me. I've decided to run this for Mind, who are a mental health charity. So many people are affected  (or know someone who has been affected) by mental health issues, yet this is still something I think often gets forgotten about. This is something that is really important to me and so any donations are really appreciated.
