On 19th April 2015, Ben Evans and Drew Carter will complete the Greenwich Mini Marathon on behalf of Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice. They are both running in memory of (Ben's daddy) Nick Evans (photo attached) who sadly passed away last year after a long battle with cancer. The Community Hospice provided both Nick and his wife Helen with much needed support during these tough times and it is therefore only fitting for Ben and his best friend Drew to give something back. Both are fit young boys and both wanted to run this Mini Marathon in memory of Nick.

The boys are passionate about the run and fully understand that by doing this, it will enable them to raise some much needed money to help other cancer sufferers.

This is not a full marathon, but please remember that both boys are only 9 years old, so for them, it may as well be!!!

They have put in the training, they are ready and they intend to run the entire 2.62 miles, so please spare some cash and get behind the boys....................for the Charity and also in memory of Nick Evans.
